Q: How do I upload images?
A: To upload your images please complete the “checkout” process, you will then be redirected to an “order complete” and “upload” screen.  You can drag and drop or click the “select files” button.  If your product requires multiple images i.e Set of three birch blocks, you can drag and drop or select multiple files.

You can upload files at a later date by clicking on My Account > Recent Orders.  Click on the Upload icon next to the relevant order number or click on the eye symbol to view the order.

Q: How do I change my uploaded images?
A: To change the files you uploaded click on the “view” (eye) symbol to the right of the relevant order number from  My Account > Recent Orders. You can then delete the files by clicking on the red cross and upload again.

Q: How do I resize my images and will you check them?
A: Please resize your images to the size product you have chosen. i.e. 16×12″ canvas needs to be saved at 16×12″ @ 300 dpi. NOTE: If you choose not to to resize your image we will crop according to the aspect ratio you have chosen.

We will check your images for obvious mistakes to the best of our ability. We check for file size issues, colour problems and cloning mistakes or anything else that stands out. We cannot take responsibility for issues with the image files sent but will endeavour to let you know if we spot anything.

IMPORTANT: If you require an image wrap, then please add a 2″ border i.e. 16×12″ canvas needs to be saved at 20×16″ @ 300 dpi. Please also ensure that any important parts of the image are not too close to the edge.

Q: Tell me about delivery and production times?
A: All our products are securely packaged to protect your art and normally dispatch within 7-10 working days, although often sooner.

All items are delivered using DX,  Yodel or MyHermes secure trackable service.

Delivery costs range from £4.45 – £24.95 determined by size and weight. The average delivery charge is £9.95.
